Mr. Barrett is a 30-year sports and entertainment executive, CEO/Founder of Grandezza Sports Solutions. He has 24 years of executive leadership experience in NIL, multimedia rights, and stadium seating solutions. Mr. Barrett was Chief Revenue Officer of 4Topps Premium Seating and spent 18 years at ISP Sports/IMG College in various roles.

With an extensive background in sports and marketing, and experience with the Kentucky Basketball Commission, Mr. Bower brings valuable knowledge and connections to Athlete Advantage. He focuses on developing relationships and strategic business plans to grow the Athlete Advantage brand, leveraging nationwide access to student-athletes, coaches, and universities.
